The brand is Polish, but I think the M920s are manufactured in Poland too, or at least designed there. It says so on their site somewhere if you dig around.

Nah, they come mostly assembled. You'll just have to do some minor stuff like attach the pedals and maybe straighten the handlebars. Took me like 15 minutes.

Yeah, pretty much fully built. They pack them really well too, so no damage. It's not like building IKEA furniture, thank goodness.
